In other circumstances, our Mitre 10 and Home Timber Hardware gift cards help recipients purchase hardware items to undertake repairs and enhancements to their homes and communities.

Across Food and Hardware, our Independent Retailers are family owned and run small businesses, employing local people and sourcing produce from local communities. They play a pivotal role in the community – often supporting local causes, schools and other local small businesses.

Last year, our Vinnies volunteers made 117,000 COVID-safe home visits across Victoria providing assistance and support to vulnerable people. The IGA Gift Cards are of enormous benefit, as they enable our volunteers to offer a ‘hand up’ for people who are, often, in crisis, going towards buying essential food and hygiene products.
